Shipping Policy
General Information
Accepted orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after placing the order. We will send you your tracking link via your chosen method, either by email or message. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking links to be activated.
Shipping Times
Depending on the destination country, it can take between 2–20 business days for your package to be delivered. Please note that delivery times are only estimated and do not include weekends, public holidays, or processing times.
Tracking Information
As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link from us via your chosen method, either by email or message. Our tracking link will show you the estimated delivery date and further information about the delivery progress. Should you need to contact the carrier directly or if there are any delivery issues, please go to the “status” section and scroll down to find the carrier’s tracking number.
Returns Policy
General Conditions
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at [customer service email]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
